Red Wedding Frame

I made a special frame in red for my friend as a surprise wedding gift. I chose red because his invitation was in chinese style red color, a very brilliant happy colour. I made red roses, white daisies to add some contrast and bunch of green mini hydrangeas.

I cut the invitation card to fit in the frame and arranged all my handmade flowers around it. 

I was so excited to meet him to see his reaction on seeing this present, but unfortunately I fell ill on that day (T_T) I missed the party. Only my husband was going and I heard my friend was singing on his big day. Remembering that he was quite a shy man and on his big day he stood on the big stage and sang for more than 400 audiences was a must to witness.

Anyway...Happy Wedding Dear Friend!!! Wish you a blissful happy marriage life  \(^o^)/ Cheers!!

Baby Frame

Hello...How is everyone? I am a bit unwell due to the bad weather recently. I think I mentioned it on my previous post about rainy and gloomy cloudy day in Jakarta lately. This weather is perfect to give you a perfect cold!! (T,T) dizziness, runny nose and sore throat is just like a complete package you will receive at once. Sometimes you get a bonus cough as well....sigh...

Let's change the topic to something happier like Baby Frames!!! yeah again!! Because baby frame is one of our best seller product. Thanks to my beloved customers for involving me in their happy important moment of their life.

Writing the Chinese name is the most challenging part for me. I had to practice writing them on paper a few times first before I wrote them on the clay.

Late Post

Hello every one...Happy New Year 2016!! Wish you all the best in this special year (every year is special though).

First of all, I am so sorry for kinda "disappearing" for a couple of months. I was busy moving to my new apartement and it was like endless work of cleaning, unpacking, arranging and there are still some boxes that haven't been opened yet. I can't believe that I have so many stuff!!! especially crafting stuff!! I really need lots of storage!

While busy doing all those relocating chores, I managed to finished some orders (really glad that I could pass it to my customers on time).

5R photo sized frame

Pictures below are sets of baby boy and baby girl frame requested by my sweet loyal customer. She always has great ideas. She requested Lego blocks for her baby boy frame and miniatures of fluffy bear dolls which her daughter love so much on her daughter's frame. Yes, the fluffy bears which I posted in my previous post.

Besides that, one of my customer from Singapore has also sent me a picture of my handmade frames displayed on her beautiful house. I feel so proud that my handmade can be part of their beautiful collections. Thank you so much!

LOVE STORY 

Now from baby frames, we move to romantic frames....full of love and happiness ^^


This frame is requested by the bride's best friend as a surprise wedding gift. It was given after the wedding has passed, but I am really sure they will love this gift very much. The photo on the frame is the photo taken on their very big day. So I made the bride wearing the exact same dress and make up on the big day and so is the groom, and of course the hand bouquet, too.

This birthday frame is ordered by a loving girlfriend to her dear boyfriend who loves cat very much. What a sweet girlfriend! Hope I will have the honour to make their wedding frame, too ^^

Baby Frame 5R size

This is probably the last post of this month because next week I will be super busy due to residence relocation. This is another order of baby frame but this time it is in 5R size, slightly bigger size than the usual size I make which is 4R.

The interior is 6"x8" and the depth is 1,5"

Romantic Frame

 


In every creation of mine there is always a story behind it, as well as the work of this one, the Romantic Frame. I am so proud and feel honoured to be asked to create this important project for them. This frame is to mark the 2nd anniversary of their relationship despite of living in two different countries and time zone, in fact Trust and Faith has strengthen their love. Their going to see each other again end of November this year. I feel excited for them, too.

The notebook and mobile phone are their means of communication to keep in touch daily. The beautiful blue rose bouquet and bear were gift for him to her on valentine's day this year. As you can see the direction of the plane is flying from Jakarta to New York, so they will meet again in New York City.

This is really a romantic way of sending love messages from her to him..so sweet.

Baby Blast!!! - Baby 3D frames

I've got two orders of baby frame this month. Yeay!!! This is not the first time I make baby frame but still enjoy making it until now. I love the cute tiny toys and love seeing the cute pictures of new born babies!! They are just so pure and angelic.

The baby girl frame will be sent to Singapore. It is a repeat order from my loyal customer who has ordered baby boy frame few months ago which I posted in my previous post. Thanks again for trusting me to create such an important memory to welcome a new born princess to your family.

The other baby boy frame is an order from my ex piano student who has now already became a piano teacher, too. So proud of you dear. This frame is a gift for her best friend. Such a wonderful friendship.

3D Frame - Kpop Idol

Hi..here I am again stll working on 3D frame. I just finished this K-pop idol frame last night, as I was so busy these few days so my crafting time was suspended until yesterday. This personalized frame is a custom order by a mom from Medan, North Sumatera (Indonesia) for her daughter who is a great fan of this K-pop Idol Chan Yeol from EXO group.

 I don't follow the K-Pop wave so I don't really know who he is. What I know is that this group had come to Indonesia twice or maybe more (not sure) and the tickets were always sold out. This is the 2nd time I received an order of making one of the EXO member. Last year I was asked to make the other member (I don't remember the name) and the frame was sent to Korea for his birthday gift.

This is the picture of the frame I made last year. I screen grabbed from my previous Instagram, so it still have the watermark on it.

Now that account is only to post my daily life and students ^^ and the name has changed to satyani_tac. I created a new separate account taccraft to post only my craft work so it's easier for customer to browse through the pictures without the necessity of seeing craft non-related pictures.

I always start making head first

I have to insert tissue to hold both the hands until they dry and hardened to keep the pose, otherwise the hands will fall backwards and they will look creepy unnatural lol

This is the idol's name in Korean characters. NO...I don't know Korean, I just googled them up

Every products are carefully wrapped and packed to ensure they will reach the owner safely. I love pretty packaging so I always try to pack beautifully (in my own standard, though) 

Never forget to insert a few business cards in the hope that they will be passed on to the others ^^

Baby Frame 3D and romance history

Still about baby frame, but this time it's for baby girl. This is a repeat order from a very lovely customer. I was so excited when I received a call from them telling me that they have just welcomed a new member in their family and they would like me to create a frame for their princess.

The size of the exterior is 17,5 cm x 12,5 cm and 3,5 cm depth. The size of the interior is 15,5 cm x 10 cm (4R photo size). All the decorations are made of Japanese resin clay, except the calendar, photo, and the pink embossed ribbon.

The frame has a glass front, but I removed it to avoid reflection while taking photograph

 A very special panda doll

I guess you must be wondering what is the Panda doing there?? does it have anything to do with the baby? It can't be her pet?

Actually there is a romance history behind this special Panda doll. Baby Xhionnet's parents are a great fan of Panda because their first date was watching Kungfu Panda together in the cinema. It meant a lot to them that they even nicknamed each other as Pen Pen and Po Po. What a cute couple!
Out of their fondness of Panda, they ordered a Panda themed ring pillow for their wedding. It was a special project for me. So, that was how the idea of putting a panda doll in the frame came from.

This picture was taken 2 years ago using my old phone ( sorry about the poor quality picture)

I used Japanese soft clay Hearty to make the cakes, cherry blossoms and the Pandas. The bamboos were made with Japanese resin clay.

Baby 3D Frame

As I mentioned in my previous post, I have actually made a lot of 3-D frame order. This month I have quite a few of 3-D frame order, so you may see a lot of posts about 3-D frame these few days. Hope you won't get bored. I have to put aside my princesses necklace project for awhile. I have to make sure I am able to deliver the frame on time to my customers.

Today I am posting a 3-D baby frame ordered by a customer from Singapore. She had a baby boy last year but she just found me last month, introduced by a friend of mine. That's why the order of baby frame was just made recently and she is so enthusiastic to order another one for her baby girl that's due this coming July 2015. Can't wait to see that little princess soon.

3D frame

Hi...it's Monday again, and it's the last Monday of May. Time really flies and I only have 6 months left before my rent end in November. We will be moving to a new location.

Today I am posting pictures of the 3D frame I was working since last few weeks and I finally get it done yesterday. It is a custom order by a sweet boyfriend to his girlfriend as a surprise gift. He emailed me her picture, their picture together, picture of her favorite clothes, bags, shoes, pets, dolls, necklace, and he wanted me to put everything into a frame. The frame is 8R photo size (inner 250 mm x 200 mm). The depth is about 450 mm.

I enjoy making 3D frame and in fact I have made a lot of 3D frame order previously before I started writing a blog. It takes quite some times to finish it but I always love the result. For me personally, I think 3D frame is a very unique and memorable gift. Easy to keep and clean (you just need to clean the glass on the frame). You can hang it on the wall or put it on the table.

Here are some pictures of the making progression (not tutorial)

 Pasting a wallpaper pattern sticker on the board as the background. I google the floral pattern online and edited it into two parts to make it more interesting
